Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald has been hit with a paternity suit according to AOL Celebrity website TMZ.Com. The woman claiming that Fitzgerald is soon to be a baby daddy is a former Oakland Raiders cheerleader. The website is reporting that the former Raiderette cheerleader is named Angela Nazario.

The case reads in part: Plaintif Angela Nazario, is currently pregnant with a child in gestation, and Defendant, Larry Fitzgerald, Jr., is the biological father of the child in gestation. The Plajntiff s projected date of delivery of the child is January 8, 2008. Plaintiff and Defendant are not currently married to one another, and Plaintiff denies any curent plans between them to marry.

TMZ reports that while Fitzgerald cops to hooking up with Nazario, he is asking that a DNA paternity test be taken after the child is born. She's 37 years old and Larry is 24 years old. Nazario is seeking child support from Fitzgerald, which he says he'll provide, if he's determined to be the father. A PDF file of the lawsuit is here.
