Shia LaBeouf Allegedly Drunk, Arrested in Chicago on Trespass Charge

"Disturbia" star Shia LaBeouf stood his ground at a Chicago Walgreens at 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Reportedly, a security guard asked LaBeouf to leave the store because he appeared to be drunk. When the 21-year-old star refused, the police were called. LaBeouf posted bond at 7 a.m. Monday. He heads to court Nov. 28 for misdemeanor criminal trespassing.

Confirming the arrest, Monique Bond, Chicago police spokeswoman said, "The report does not indicate that he was with a group. It appears that he was alone. There is no indication of damaging property or interfering with other customers".

She added that although the actor was well-mannered he refused to leave and the guard called the police and signed a complaint to this effect as well. A rent article from Star Magazine notes that Harrison Ford took such a liking to Shia LaBeouf on the set of Indiana Jones that he considered him a surrogate son. But Harrison's 17-year-old daughter, Georgia, wished her dad thought of him as a son-in-law!
Sources say Georgia developed a crush on 21-year-old Shia, but Dad put the skids on romance. "He told Georgia she has plenty of time to date." Meanwhile, Shia stayed away. "He isn't looking to rock the boat with Harrison," says another source.
