What in the world is going on with Lindsay Lohan's little sister Ali Lohan? She is but a thirteen year old child and yet photos show her looking far too "sexy" for such a young age. Expect a ton of criticism to be hurled at her mother "White Oprah" Dina as Lindsay has had so many problems with dealing with her fame.

But at least Lindsay Lohan looked like a child when she was the same age as Ali is right now. The young girl does not turn fourteen until late December and is looking far older than her years.

Us Weekly Magazine has noticed and has a side by side photo comparison here and writes, "The times, they have a-changed. When Lindsay Lohan first broke into the biz at age 13 in 1999, she was a fresh freckle-faced redhead who enjoyed “rollerblading” and hanging “out at the mall with my friends.”

What is her sister Ali like at 13? Well, she’s a lot more, uh, mature — at least judging by a picture taken of the budding singer. In the shot, Ali wears heavy make-up and has her hair blown out — a complete contrast from her sis’ early days. Still, despite their differing appearances, mom Dina says her girls have a lot in common.

“My daughters have an interest in the arts,” she said, “and I support them.”
