What is going on with Julia Roberts? The "Pretty Woman" actress was busted by paparazzi as she and her husband wheeled in and parked in a parking spot that is set aside for those with disabilities (aka she parked in a handicapped parking spot). The deed took place at a market in Malibu, California. Splash news writes the headline, "Julia is a Bad Girl!" and muses.

"I sound like I’m joking, but you can be the final judge: Julia Roberts and her husband Danny Moder were photographed getting into their Mercedes SUV that was parked in a handicapped zone. Uh-oh! Perhaps the stuff that they picked up from the local Malibu shop was urgent. Judging from their expressions, though. . . not really."

Photo agency X17 online also has the story: "Julia in a handicapped parking spot?! Why?! In a parking lot full of available spaces, Princess Julia thought it necessary to have the closest spot, despite it being wheelchair designated."

Her new (fuel-efficient, yeah, right!) Mercedes GL with the Malibu dolphin air freshener dangling from the rear-view mirror was parked by hubby Danny Moder in front of Trancas market in Malibu on Saturday. Video and photos here and here. The fine for parking in a handicapped is $281.00 in California, though it doesn't appear that they received a ticket.
