It seems like forever ago that Chad Michael Murray's split with Sophia Bush took place and he nearly immediately was engaged to 'One Tree Hill' extra Kenzie Dalton.

There was talk of Kenzie being pregnant, though Murray squashed that fairly quickly.
But a report from In Touch Weekly claims that the two are living together in Wilmington, North Carolina together in Kenzie's dream home that Chad reportedly purchased for his teen fiancé.

The item notes that just months after he reportedly purchased at Mercedes for Kenzie when he was shut out of her Senior Prom by school officials, he has ponied up a cool half-million for a four-bedroom, three-bath house in North Carolina.
Citing and insider, the magazine notes that the home is "near the center of town" where the series 'One Tree Hill' is filmed.
The insider says that he purchased the home in for his teen bride-to-be according to the weekly magazine.

This time, Murray is determined to have a lasting marriage reports TMZ. Perhaps that is why he is taking his time on a wedding date as reports claim that no solid plans have been made for wedding bells to ring.
The couple shocked many fans when they started dating in December and then announced their engagement in early April.

Sophia Bush and Chad split last September after five months of marriage. In February, Bush filed a petition seeking to annul their April 16, 2005, marriage on grounds of "fraud."
