I'm not really certain what Britney Spears is thinking but the pop wreck apparently invited a paparazzo back to her hotel room at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills on what was described as a wild weekend. I know what you are thinking, what if he takes pictures? It gets worse, or better depending on your point of view. It appears that the paparazzo is a video guy.

In other words he is one of the paparazzi that chases Britney around and he snaps those fun little videos that you always get to see online and on the nightly entertainment television shows.

Uh-oh, what if he makes a tape. The paparazzo's name is Adnan and he is a regular when it comes to following Britney about town. He says no worries that nothing is happening and he was just comforting Britney. “We are just friends,” he insists. “She was just a little upset, pretty much about everything.” A photo of the two is here.

She apparently was going to take him back to her house but sources from several different paparazzi agencies seem to agree that she believed her house was too trashed to take him back there so they settled on the Peninsula Hotel. Reports claim Spears contacted Adnan by using a business card he gave her and invited him to join her in her hotel room.

The whole nightmare scenario unfolded over the weekend as Britney unleashed her second straight wild Christmas weekend. If you will recall, Britney was busy last Christmas season flashing the paparazzi running around with Paris Hilton.
