Add Mischa Barton to the ever growing list of celebrity mugshot photos that are now readily available on the world wide web. From Paris Hilton to Lindsay Lohan to Mel Gibson, they all are now looking good for the LA County booking photo camera. As mug shots go, it isn't all that bad, especially since it was likely snapped at about six in the morning.

Barton has been arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license, according to a police report released on Thursday. The actress, 21, was pulled over early around 3 a.m. this morning in West Hollywood, celebrity gossip website Hollyscoop.com first reported.

How did the cops catch her? According to the police report she was driving erratically. She was straddling both lanes on her side of the road and then she made a turn without using her signal. That was enough for police to hit the sirens and pull her over.

She was very cooperative according to the police report but she an was "an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage." She is now in jail waiting for someone to come and claim her. The price? She is being held on $10,000 bail.
