Is there anything wrong with two girls playing around in some racy photos? If you are Miley Cyrus, the star of the Disney series Hannah Montana, the photos may erupt into a scandal. That is just what has happened as a set of photos taken at what appears to be a sleepover were leaked on to the Internet and Miley is now on the defensive trying to explain exactly what was going on during the sleepover.

According to Miley this was all just good innocent fun and she struck back in a radio interview saying as much. She is probably right but headlines far and wide read "Miley Cyrus lesbian" in the title and she in not happy that it has gotten this far out of hand.

It is not clear who took the photographs. One can only guess it was someone else that was at the girls sleepover and then they were likely e-mailed to a friend who then leaked them to blogs all across the World Wide Web. If it were someone with knowledge of the celeb world, they could have called a photo agency or even a tabloid and likely got a bit of cash for the saucy snaps.

The photos are here, are they too much? In all candor, they look pretty innocent, just some young teens clowning around. But in the age of digital cameras and cell phone video, a star as big as Miley Cyrus has to understand that everything they do that is on a memory card and can be e-mailed has the opportunity for scandal.
