Many people believe Britney Spears latest meltdown may cost the former pop princess her children. She is under an intense spotlight, not just from the paparazzi but from a judge that can decide just how much visitation she gets with her children. She has been on a tear all week long since her short saty in a hospital last week and hasn't slowed down a bit.

This week alone she has flashed her breasts to the paparazzi while driving around town on a flat tire, and then she topped that off with a crazy trip to Mexico with her new paparazzi boy toy. Many are warning Britney that they believe the man is dangerous and reports claim that he has sold what are being called "semi-nude" photographs of the singer that he supposedly snapped while they were together.

Now she is due in court on Monday and reports are that her family is trying desperately to have her committed to get her help for what is being called a bi-polar disorder. The wild child of Hollywood is reportedly tying to dodge the family and stay on the run so that she won't be caught and placed in the hospital again.

AOL's celebrity website TMZ.Com claims that Monday may be Britney's last best hope for keeping her kids as if she doesn't show she will likely lose any hop of ever keeping her young sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. They are currently in the custody of her ex husband Kevin Federline.

The courthouse on Monday promises to be very heated and cops say they will be ready for anything, according to the TMZ report, including a full-fledged Britney meltdown.
