Sorry ladies and gentlemen, Ryan Seacrest is off the market. According to a published report, it turns out that this bachelor has secretly had a longtime girlfriend. BarCandy owner Erica Lancellotti exclusively reveals to In Touch in this week's issue that she and Ryan, 33, have been dating for years.

Fellow diners were abuzz at Nello restaurant in New York on December 29 after seeing the pair holding hands and looking very romantic, prompting Erica to finally open up. An onlooker says that Ryan and Erica were drinking champagne and laughing over dinner.

According to the report, Erica tells In Touch that this would even be a relationship that Simon Cowell would approve of. “We have been dating on and off for a few years,” she confides. “We met at the Wetbar of the W hotel in New York and the only thing that has kept us apart has been his busy schedule.”

Asked about her exact role in Ryan’s like, Erica responded, “What surprised me most was when we were at Nello and someone asked who I was, and he said I was his girlfriend.” How does Erica feel about her new title? “He’s a great guy and I love him.”
