Lynsey Nordstrom Or Jessica Simpson: Tony Romo Double Take

How many Jessica Simpson's does it take to help end the NFL playoff season of Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys?  The answer of course is zero, (unless you count Lynsey Nordstrom, more on that below) as with or without Simpson in a plush luxury box, the Dallas Cowboys QB stunk up the joint in Texas Stadium on Sunday as his team was unceremoniously dumped from the chase for the Lombardi trophy and the Super Bowl that will take place in just three weeks in Glendale, Arizona.

Jessica didn't feel like taking the blame for her hunky quarterback's play good or bad and she stayed clear of the stadium and made certain that she wouldn't be booed or trashed by the rabid Cowboys fans.  But they are still taking it out on her anyway, as blogs and even news reports want to know if they can blame Jessica.

The New York Giants may have had a secret weapon on Sunday as they had their own "Jessica Simpson look-alike" in a pink #9 shirt and all at the ready in the stadium to put the hex on the handsome young quarterback.  Yes, you read that right, a blonde bimbo made up to look like Jess  was at the fifty-yard line.

Michael K has her photo here (look at it compared to the one of Jessica above taken at the game against the Philadelphia Eagles to compare).  The report notes that the "21-year-old Lynsey Nordstrom was hired by The New York Post to show up to the Giants-Cowboys game yesterday in hopes of throwing off Tony Romo. Lynsey is some kind of Jessica Simpson look-a-like."

The Post sat Lynsey, a nanny from Washington, third row at the 50-yard line. Lynsey kept the act going by mentioning Jessica's recent vacation with Tony to Cabo. It must have worked, because the Cowboys lost.  She said, "So many people were like, 'I really thought you were her!"
