Sexy Russian model turned bodyguard Anna Loginova could always turn heads. She was the stuff of spy novels and Hollywood movies, willing to pose for photos in skimpy bikinis and other revealing outfits by day, while protecting men and women of Russia by night in her gig as a bodyguard. Loginova, who worked with Chanel and BMW as a model, was not shy about shedding her clothes in order to publicize her agency.
Anna Loginova Tragedy: Russian Model, Bodyguard
She was famous and she was glamorous and now she has died in a tragedy. It was not in her line of work. Loginova, 29, died from head injuries while trying to stop a young man stealing her silver Porsche Cayenne on Sunday night. After being thrown out of her car by the car jacker, Loginova grabbed the door handle and was pulled several yards before letting go and hitting her head on the road.

The UK Daily Mail reports that Loginova ran an agency for female bodyguards, some trained by the ex-KGB, to give discreet protection to Moscow's billionaires and their wives and mistresses. In a recent magazine interview, she insisted that she and her team of glamorous bodyguards gave better protection than the more traditional beefy male security men.
She was highly respected for her bodyguard skills. "A normal man gets sick and tired of male bodyguards around him all the time," she said. More photos and a detailed interview with her is here. Last year, 50 Porsche cars were stolen in Moscow, including 12 within the last two months. Only three were ever found.
