Randy Couture Prediction on Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir at UFC 81

Exiled UFC World Heavyweight Champion must be very interested in seeing if Brock Lesnar is "The Next Big Thing" (as pro wrestling's Mad Scientist Paul Heyman coined him in 2002). If Lesnar flops tonight at UFC 81: Breaking Point, Couture's leverage as a marketable heavyweight increases exponentially. If Lesnar is a dominant destroyer against Frank Mir, the question won't be "Is Lesnar The Next Big Thing," but "Randy Who?"
Randy Couture Prediction on Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir at UFC 81
Couture, as both a champion and a commentator, has only added to his already-outstanding reputation by picking the winners of many top UFC contests. He has also shown a knack for predicting upsets. According to MMA News Desk.com, Couture has weighed in on tonight's Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir showdown at UFC 81: Breaking Point, and the prediction may surprise a lot of people.

"I'm going with Mir with a second-round submission," Couture stated, "As big and strong as Lesnar is, and as hard as he's going to come, I think he's going to put Mir right where he wants to be and Lesnar's going to get out of position and get caught."
Lesnar baited Couture on UFC television, saying former champion Tim Sylvia can't represent the heavyweight division because he let a "198 pounder" (Couture, without ever mentioning his name) throw him around. Lesnar has been very cagey (no pun intended) with his comments to the media and on UFC's media platforms. He obviously learned the art of the soundbite while in World Wrestling Entertainment.
