That didn't take long. According to a new report dog-toting socialite Paris Hilton has already found herself a new man - and Life & Style is reporting that it is none other than Joel Madden's newly single brother Benji Madden. I'm guessing he is saying right now, Sophie Monk who?

According to witnesses cited in the report, the hook up took place on Thursday night, Feb. 21, while partying at Villa nightclub in LA, Paris was with her sister Nicky and a large group of girls. An eyewitness tells Life & Style, "When she saw Benji, she only had eyes for him. She walked over and gave him a huge kiss. It was over the top and lots of tongue was involved!"

The magazine reports that the Good Charlotte guitarist, who broke off his engagement from actress Sophie Monk only days ago, "hibernated in a corner booth with Paris and did not leave until 1:15am. The entire time, she stroked his arm and rubbed his leg as she whispered in his ear," says the eyewitness.

And as things work out in that little town called Hollywood, it just so happens that Benji's brother Joel is the boyfriend of Nicole Richie, one of Paris' close friends. How convenient!
