Carmen Kontur-Gronquist works out and is very fit. She has a great body but she showed just a bit too much of online and thanks to a racy photo now she is the former mayor of Arlington, Oregon. Earlier this year Kontur-Gronquist had photos posted of herself in lingerie on MySpace. She is leaning up against a red fire truck in a black bra and panties. It's pretty tame. she would have shown more in a bikini on the beach.

It wouldn't be much of a scandal expect she was the mayor of a small town in Oregon. So there was a recall vote as some were outraged that she would strip down and allow herself to be photographed. Voters in Arlington ( a town of about 500) narrowly approved a recall measure, removing Kontur-Gronquist from office, according to AP reports. The tally was 142-139.

She just barely lost, but she is out. City officials made the recall effective Tuesday. "I wouldn't change anything. I wouldn't. It is what it is. I'm proud of myself for doing what I did...for hanging in there," Kontur-Gronquist said. Good for her.

According to a report from NBC News the pictures of her in the above black bra and panties on her MySpace page were taken for use in a contest about fitness, but a relative posted them online in hopes it would improve the social life of the single mother. That shouldn't be a problem now.
