Jennifer Aniston is there for at least one of her exes and hey - isn’t that what "Friends" are for? The bighearted actress Aniston is providing a shoulder to cry on for former beau Tate Donovan – whose wife of two years has kicked him out of their house, reports the National Enquirer.

According to a report in the Enquirer the 44-year-old "Damages" star was blindsided recently when his 31-year-old stylist wife Corinne Kingsbury decided to end their marriage. He was distraught but Jennifer was there for him the article claims.

The still striking Tate – who, in addition to Jennifer, has dated Sandra Bullock and Lauren Graham – has been staying at a friend’s apartment in New York. "But his biggest source of sympathy and support comes from one of his clearest pals, Jennifer," an insider told The Enquirer.

She and Tate dated for three years before they split in 1998. “They have stayed close friends – calling and emailing each other regularly,” said the insider. “She’s been a real rock for Tate. They will always have a special bond, and she’s helping him get through one of the darkest periods of his life.”
