Scandal Grows: Secret Tapes, Diane Dixon, David & Michelle Paterson
Since this is another day and more layers and players are being peeled off of what surely stinks in the governor's office by now a new person has emerged and she claims that she has secret tapes that she recorded with the man that would be governor. Her name is Diane Dixon, of Brooklyn.

That landed her on the cover of the New York Post and after that she apparently got a bit shy and said she didn't want "no part of this." The woman is former Olympic medalist and a short bio posted online notes that she competed for the United States in the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea in the 4 x 400 meters where she won the Silver medal with her team mates Denean Howard, Valerie Brisco-Hooks and Florence Griffith Joyner.
The claim is that she received a job via the new governor. In the Post she is quoted, "I'm a single mom with a child. I need this job." According to the Post Dixon, 43, said Paterson, 53, was "mostly responsible" for getting her the badly needed job earlier this month with the city Department of Education. The job pays somewhere between fifty and sixty five thousand dollars a year. Oh the humanity!

According to the New York Sun, in a press conference yesterday, Governor Paterson said, "My conscience is clear. I feel a lot better." His wife says she is standing by him and she isn't worried about him cheating on her. "…I have a philosophy in life: You have to let people live their life."
She added in the interview wit the Daily news, "I feel my husband loves me and is devoted to the family. And I know he loves me. I am not going to worry about that stuff."
