Halle Berry declared she wanted to "stay pregnant forever," but nature took its course on March 16: The 41-year-old actress gave birth to her first child. Now the bid will be on, who gets the photos?

Jennifer Lopez little ones' million dollar pictures are set to debut today. But c'mon, they won't be close to Halle's little one. "She had a girl,” Halle's rep confirmed earlier in a report from Life & Style Weekly. “Everyone is doing great.” Everyone is the new mom, the baby’s daddy, 32-year-old model Gabriel Aubry, and the couple’s darling daughter.

“Gabriel is thrilled to have a little girl,” says an insider close to Halle, but it is not clear who will get the photos (People magazine perhaps) but the couple have named their daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry. According to a report from the Associated press, the couple met while shooting a Versace commercial in Los Angeles two years ago.

Berry has said she and Aubry don't plan to marry, but feel fully committed to each other. Halle is an Oscar winner as she captured the best-actress Academy Award for 2001's "Monster's Ball."
