Nicole Kidman looks fabulous as she enters what many are saying is her fifth or perhaps even sixth month of her pregnancy. She and her husband Keith Urban are anxiously awaiting the birth of their first baby and to keep in shape Nicole is continuing her intense exercise routine that has kept her in grat physical shape for so long.

And according to a report from the National Enquirer that has some of her friends worried. Should Keith be concerned? Nicole is a regular at a high-intensity spinning class at Revolution Fitness in Santa Monica, sources told The Enquirer, as noted in an article published this week.

She also does uphill running with a trainer in the Santa Monica Mountains near her home. And on top of all that, she works out on a treadmill at high speeds and rows on an indoor rowing machine several times a week, say sources. “With Nicole’s history of miscarriages, I don’t think she should tempt fate by doing high-impact cardio workouts such as ‘spinning’ and racing on a treadmill on high speed for an hour,” said an insider.
“She also uses a rowing machine, swims laps and runs on a regular basis. I’m sure she keeps herself well-hydrated and tells her doctor what she’s doing, but Nic is pushing herself hard.” While it seems admirable for her friends to worry, one can easily assume that Nicole and Keith have consulted her doctors on he exercise regime and the experts have cleared her regime.
