How big of a star is Miley Cyrus? In record time the adorable little teen star is growing up right before our eyes and now all eyes are on the star of the Hannah Montana series tour and movie and that means some very tough examination for the teen starlet. How bad has it gotten - they are even examining her teeth for cosmetic surgery.

It has to be tough for the young star to have this spotlight but to her credit, and to her parents' credit, so far she seems to be handing it better than most. She is now paparazzi target number one in Los Angeles when she is out and about, but her dad Billy ray and her mom Tish are doing the best they can to protect her.

It is likely a good idea, Earlier there were some racy photos (the first link is safe) that were taken of the young teen star that were then leaked onto the World Wide Web. They seemed harmless enough but were immediately scrutinized. Next up a bunch of pictures of Miley in her underwear (again, the first link is safe) were leaked as well. It was all just too much too fast.

Now things have settled down and she was just fantastic at the CMT Awards this week despite having what was reported as strep throat. If the worse thing that the weekly entertainment magazines have on her now is that she had some cosmetic dental work done, she will be just fine.
