Is there really a photo that shows Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough in a make out session on the beach? It appears there is and the two Dancing with the Stars contestants certainly look adorable on the dance floor as they move and try to bump and grind to the judges satisfaction just enough to stay in the reality TV show contest that airs on ABC.

But what about off the dance floor? And now the nightly syndicated show "Extra" has a photo of the two stars kissing on the beach! The photo was reportedly taken right after a promotion for dancing with the Stars. Are the two now an item? is this pop fiction?

The picture is here. This is the second time this season that there has been a reported make out session with partners on the show and it always makes for good ratings. The fist report featured Mario and Karina Smirnoff but both have them have denied that they have any relationship going on at all.

Karina is the main squeeze of Mario Lopez and says there is nothing going on. Back to Shannon and Derek, Cue the rep™: There is no comments from anyone on the Extra website and it will be interesting to see how this develops.
