The Simpsons are at it again. Ashlee Simpson may have an engagement ring from Pete Wentz but it appears that sister Jessica Simpson will take the cake. Literally. Jessica was in full celebration mode with her boyfriend and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo for his twenty-eight birthday and she got in her licks with the QB and it was all caught by photographers.

The racy photos are now being spread all over the World Wide Web and a report from Us Weekly magazine claims that it was night full of make out sessions and PDA's for the couple. For the record, Tony's actual birthday is today, Monday, April 21.
