Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Benji Madden reportedly ran over some random paparazzi this week and the snapper is hopping mad. Or hopping and mad. As is the usual modus operandi of the snappers they are shown gathering around the dog toting socialite and reality TV show princess and her rocker boyfriend's car.

As the snappers pop flashbulbs trying to get photos of the newly in love couple the pair try to slowly pull away from the crowd of photographers. That's not easy as they are everywhere and apparently one had his foot ran over by the car.

The accusation is that Benji ran over the paparazzo's foot and you can even hear a yelp on the video. E! Online has the video of the incident here and muses that if you are going to crowd up against a moving car you might just get run over. Good advice.

The snapper has now filed a "hit and run' complaint and cops are said to be investigating the matter. Right now, no charges have been filed against anyone and the extent of any injuries is unknown.
