Is Britney Spears pregnant? The older sister of the very pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears has been photographed by a Los Angeles based photo agency smoking a cigarette with sweats and a very clinging tank top on and they believe that she might be joining Jamie Lynn Spears in the mom-to-be department.

Britney Spears already has two adorable little boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, will this possible baby bump make three? There are already cynics that aren't buying it. Paparazzi agency X17 has the celebrity photos posted on their website and comments already are claiming that they have doctored the photos.

I'm not certain that is the case. There are four photos that have been published on the website. Three of them are from the same angle and zoom in on Britney's belly. The fourth photo shows a braless Britney from the front, and it seems the implication is that her breasts might be growing from a pregnancy. Since she is smoking, she is likely not preggers, but with Britney one can never be certain.
