UFC legend Tito Ortiz will fight for the final time in the Ultimate Fighting Championship's Octagon this Saturday night at UFC 84 against Lyoto Machida, but the big question on everyone's mind is what happens next for The Huntington Beach Bad Boy.  The 33 year old fighter offered no hints when he told the Associated Press on Wednesday that "I'm fighting Machida of course but I think I'm really fighting the company.

I'm fighting (UFC president) Dana White and I'm fighting for my freedom. Fighting the power, as they say."  The only hint Ortiz offered was when he stated  "I made (UFC) a lot of money and they have no respect for me, they really treat me bad and I'm just going to go elsewhere where a company respects me."

Well, what about professional wrestling?  Former ECW owner Paul Heyman, who was Head Writer for World Wrestling Entertainment's Smackdown and ECW-on-Sci-Fi shows may have provided a clue into Tito's future. In a recent blog for the SUN (UK), which airs Heyman's broadband video series "The Heyman Hustle," the former sports entertainment power broker listed his Top 5 Most Underutilized Talents in Professional Wrestling. Coming in at number 5, surprisingly, was not a wrestler or person presently in the grappling game: Tito Ortiz.

Heyman wrote, "Tito is finishing up his UFC contract this weekend. What does he do next? Wear out his name in MMA, or capitalize on his love for pro wrestling and exploit his larger than life personality by joining WWE or TNA? And remember, where Tito goes, so goes Jenna Jameson, the best self-promoter in show business today.

Forget these short term deals with Pac Man Jones and Floyd Mayweather. Tito and Jenna can be long term stars who command attention, and they can bring that attention to whatever wrestling promotion is smart enough to TAP into their controversial relationship."

Ortiz, who briefly negotiated with WWE a few years back, and who appeared for TNA Wrestling as a special referee as well, has not committed to his future plans yet. He is represented by the William Morris Agency in Los Angeles and has several projects lined up based on his impressive showing on The Celebrity Apprentice. Will Tito and Jenna make the jump from UFC and Porn to World Wrestling Entertainment or the rival TNA Wrestling?  More here at Heyman's blog.
