Heavily pregnant Angelina Jolie buckled under the strain of carrying twins and passed out after a series of dizzy spells, insiders have told the Enquirer. Jolie has been out of the spotlight for weeks and several reports have claimed that she has been told by doctors to take it easy and get bed rest while waiting for the two little babies to make their appearance into the world.

The report claims her restrictions are putting an emotional strain on Angelina Jolie as well. She is unhappy that she hasn't been able to be as active as she'd like with her other kids - Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and 2 year old Shiloh. She was also upset that she wasn't able to make a huge deal out of Father's Day.

"She loves getting the kids involved and making it a fun day for Brad," explained the friend. "But she didn't have the energy this year and couldn't help getting down about it." The source cited by the magazine claims that Angelina is worn out, so Brad is trying his best to hold things together. He's making sure the nurseries in France and at their homes in Los Angeles and New Orleans are ready and decorated.

A helicopter is on round the clock standby, and Angie's French medical team is ready. Her U.S. OB/GYN is expected to fly in any day to oversee the birth, although he probably won't be able to deliver the babies because of government red tape. "Brad has done everything humanly possible to make Angelina feel safe," added the friend. "He's been amazing."
