Brokeback Mountain star Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon are an adorable couple and many fans of Reese definitely want to see her married and happy again. Is Jake Gyllenhaal the guy to do all that? There are all sorts of reports that the pair have moved into together and Us Weekly magazine claims in a cover story that they are on what they call a "path to the altar".

Are they right? It is always impossible to tell as the report cites insiders that say they are living happily together while others claim that they are taking it slow and still enjoying life together. Remember, there are two kids involved as well. Reese has Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4 from her former marriage to Ryan Phillippe.

Us Weekly cites an insider that they claim is a pal of reese Witherspoon and the source says, "(Reese) says it's an ongoing process figuring out what role (Jake) will play in the children's lives." Many blended families have to deal with this on a regular basis so it should be nothing Reese and Jake didn't already plan for or expect.

No matter how you slice it, most celebrity observers are cheering for the couple. Reese Witherspoon is one of America's sweethearts of Hollywood and many desperately want her to be happy. Time will tell if there is really a wedding upcoming, but certainly there will be much more speculation as the couple grows closer.
