Katy Perry, whose song "I Kissed a Girl" just hit No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart - is the daughter of two pastors. "I was raised in a church and made a gospel record when I was 15. I'm not ashamed of where I came from," she says. The Santa Barbara, California, native, 24 (whose boyfriend is Gym Class Heroes lead Singer Travis McCoy, 26 has a great interview with us Weekly magazine and she even spills that she believes that buxom actress Scarlett Johansson has some very desirable lips.

She tells us weekly that the song it autobiographical. " If I can reveal it to anybody, I can reveal it to Us Weekly," she tells the magazine. She adds playfully, "The songs are all very autobiographical. The fact of the matter is that girls smell much better than boys."

And have softer lips. She snaps off a few answers and even kids around about her promise ring from her boyfriend. She quips, "The ring is beautiful. And it's very shiny. I wear it on my middle finger, and if I need a compact, I just look into it. Travis is definitely a ladies' man, so it is a big deal for him to be like, "This one is mine." We are on the Warped Tour together. It's nice to have interested makeout buddy."
