Is Miley Cyrus really on her way down? Many people believe that and tweens are looking for the next big thing and certainly it appears now to be either Selena Gomez or Demi Lovato or perhaps even both. A report from TMZ notes that they have found out that Miley really isn't al that thrilled with the whole Selena Gomez comparisons.

In Touch Weekly notes in a report that even though she's only 15 years old Demi Lovato is already used to comparisons - with critics calling her movie Camp Rock the next High School Musical and declaring the singer/actress to be the next Miley Cyrus.

"It's a huge honor," Demi tells In Touch. "But I try not to listen to all that, because I know Miley and I are different people - and Camp Rock and HSM are two totally different movies. But if we could have an equal amount of success - that'd be amazing!"

Demi will be getting plenty of chances to assert her identity in her upcoming Disney Channel show, Welcome to Mollywood, her movie, Princess Protection Program, and on her debut solo album (produced by Camp Rock co-stars the Jonas Brothers). "My big influence was Kelly Clarkson," says Demi. "'Since U Been Gone' was such a great song to sing about a guy you just broke up with, because it's not about crying over him."
