Courteney Cox has traded in her Editor-in-Chief hat on the FX show "Dirt" for a pair of "Scrubs." The sexy actress and BFF of still incredibly buff Jennifer Aniston will make her way back to network television for just a brief time and reports claim that she will join the cast of "Scrubs" for a three-episode stint this fall.

It's been a year of changes for Cox as her cable project "Dirt" was given the axe after only two seasons and now her BFF Jennifer Aniston has her eyes set on a new man, guitarists and singer John Mayer. Earlier this year, Courteney Cox and husband David Arquette hosted Jennifer's new beau John and the visit received plenty of attention and reports claimed that both Court and david loved John and he met the "Friends" approval.

But now there might just be a bit of struggles with the young relationship. First a report claims that Aniston found "a batch" of love letters from his ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson in his guitar case. Everyone is suspicious of the report as it claimed that the letters were "well-written." The later in the week John was again making confessions about his sex life.

The singer was answering questions from an audience when he was asked if he had ever slept with a fan. He fessed up and said that yes he had indeed and a bit of a sex scandal kicked off. In some positive news, there are reports that John popped the question to Jennifer. What did she say? Yes, of course. No confirmation is yet in from the couple.
