Can you really be convicted of murder of your wife and run an online blog from prison? Scott Peterson was convicted nearly four years ago of murdering his wife Laci Peterson, and their unborn child. This week a report from CNN noted that Scott Peterson had an online website that has photos of Laci and complaints of a "wrongful" conviction.

On March 16, 2005, Judge Alfred A. Delucchi formally sentenced Scott Peterson to death, calling the murder of his wife "cruel, uncaring, heartless, and callous." So how is Peterson able to still go online and blog?

It appears that he is not exactly publishing online in the traditional sense. The blog is more of a family blog, but it is certainly laden heavily with the defense of Scott Peterson. He says he enjoys getting mail. Sharon Rocha, Laci Peterson's mother, appeared on CNN's "Larry King Live" this week.
She says the whole thing may be a be out of proportion bit she made this point, "It isn't right that (death row inmates) should have access to the Internet, either direct access or through somebody else."
