Country rocker Kid Rock is now on probation for an earlier fight in a Waffle House in Decatur, Ga. (near Atlanta) and as luck would have it, the surveillance video was rolling during the whole altercation.  And the new tape somehow found its way over to the AOL entertainment and celebrity gossip website TMZ.Com and they have published it online.

The incident occurred after a heated exchange of words with another customer that would eventually lead to fisticuffs and a call to police. Kid Rock (real name Robert J. Ritchie BTW) pleaded guilty to one count of simple battery four other counts of battery were dropped.

The singer will also have to undergo eight hours of anger management counseling as well.  See the TMZ.Com of the video that started it all here.  Is the sentence for Kid Rock fair?
