Angelina is stressed out with her nonstop schedule and speculation that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie used in vitro fertilization to conceive twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt sold an interview and the photos of the twins to people magazine and in that article she said that she did not use in vitro fertilization to assist her in getting pregnant.

But with the twins and all of the other kids and Jolie trying to recover a bit from carrying the twins it is all a bit too much, a report from In Touch claims. "It's like being in command of a small army," an insider tells the magazine. "She and Brad are only just managing to cope now. It's very tough.

An insider adds, "Angie's hormones are still all over the place, and if one of the kids misbehaves, she just bursts into tears." Dr. Gilda Carle, author of How to Win When You Mate Cheats, who does not treat Angelina, is cited in the story from In Touch and says her reaction is to be expected: "Any new mom would be overwhelmed. She's dealing with twins, not to mention other young children who will have some jealousy."

Yet Angie's pal thinks her mood will improve - in time: "She wouldn't trade being a mother for anything else in the world."
