When Sienna Miller was caught kissing Balthazar Getty and topless photos of the actress with the married man were published online she decided to take matter to the courts and file a lawsuit claiming her privacy was invaded by the racy pictures that showed her bare chested and kissing married Hollywood actor Balthazar Getty.

Now the actress is trying another route to get her name and pics off the radar screen of the paparazzi and the rest of the entertainment media. Sienna Miller is pleading for privacy and according to a report from the UK Telegraph the actress was in tears when she asked reporters to leave her alone.

She was snapped by the photographers just filling up her tank at the gas station and she apparently had enough of what she felt like was an intrusion and she snapped at the snappers and begged them to leave her be and to stop taking her snaps at every turn.

The paper reports that it got so bad that she had to go the Beverly Hills Police station to get an escort back to her hotel. The cops got her safely back to the Four Season Hotel but expect the frenzy to continue.
