NBA all-star Shaquille O’Neal has been hit with a restraining order. Alexis Miller, an Atlanta area hip-hop artist says through her lawyer that she is really unhappy with all of the attention she is getting from Shaquille O'Neal and she doesn't want to star in this case and she would like to be left alone, a report from AOL's Entertainment and Celebrity website TMZ.Com reports. Alexis Miller Stars in Shaquille O'Neal Case: Gets Protection Order

Miller is a 23-year-old female rapper and she is claiming that O'Neal, a member of the Phoenix Suns basketball team of the NBA, sent her threatening e-mails after the pair broke up and she would like all of that to stop. Cue the rep™: According to TMZ, there is no word yet out of the camp of Shaquille O'Neal or from the Suns basketball organization.

L. David Wolfe, Miller’s Atlanta-based attorney says Miller lives in fear not only for herself but also for all of those around her and she makes all sorts of claims about the 7-foot-1, 325-pound All-Star center for the Phoenix Suns. Keep in mind these are only allegations.

Still, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Richard Hicks granted the temporary restraining order for Alexis Miller. According to a report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, O’Neal is prohibited from having any contact or even coming within 200 yards of Miller or her 19-month-old son. Shaq is not the baby's daddy the report notes.
