Even if Jamie Lynn Spears doesn't marry the father of her baby Casey Aldridge, level-headed younger sister of Britney Spears is well equipped to be a good mother to her daughter, who was born on June 19. There is all sorts of speculation and even cheating allegations against Casey and now many are unsure if there will be a wedding.

Jamie Lynn doesn't just have her parents' support as Britney has also reached out to her during this period of crisis with Casey. "Britney called Jamie Lynn as soon as she found out," says an insider close to Britney tells In Touch.

Britney supports her little sister and has vowed to help. "She is worried for her and doesn't want Jamie Lynn to make the same mistakes she did with [ex-husband] Kevin Federline. She thinks she's way too young to marry Casey - especially if he's been cheating," the insider spilled to the mag.

During her pregnancy, the actress earned her high school equivalency degree and even spoke about attending college. She is also fortunate enough to be financially stable, thanks to the money she earned on Nickelodeon's Zoey 101, so she holds the cards to make her own decisions, well, if she wasn't only seventeen years old.
