Hurricane Gustav has slammed into New Orleans as a Category 2 Hurricane and the storm also keep celebrities in the Big Easy. New Orleans most famous non-residents Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt once said they would make the area their home and Brad and Angelina do have a house in the city and TMZ.Com notes that the paparazzi is helping keep an eye on the place.

Brad and Angelina are now living in France and Pitt is traveling promoting his latest film while Jolie plays mom and is back in France with the two new twins and the other four kids playing house there.

At least the family dodged Hurricane Gustav by staying out of New Orleans as the storm is now slamming into the Louisiana Coast with a lot of rain and some serious winds. Right now, it appears as if the region will be spared the disaster of Katrina.

TMZ has the photos published online here and notes that while workers are boarding up their New Orleans home the Brangelina Bunch has a lot of housing options including "Malibu and Nice."
