Foxworthy will provide a voice for the show and will serve as executive producer as well. Foxworthy already has a hit show with Fox in "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" and seeks to expand into NASCAR.

Variety reports that the "presentation comes as Fox continues to expand its animation roster, looking for the next generation of hits. Fox is no stranger to blue collar-themed animation skeins, having aired long-running hit "King of the Hill" for 13 seasons. Should "Hill" eventually wind down production, the Foxworthy project could potentially fill that void."
The trade magazine notes that Foxworthy has dabbled in animation in the past, having lent his voice to the features "The Fox and the Hound 2" and "Racing Stripes."
