The probe continues in the Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding photos scandal.   Here's the background on what happened and it is quite the story as it involves stolen snapshots, a Wal-mart and the cops.  Even though the Spears family has done its best to shield new mom Jamie Lynn from the public eye, there are still scandals and leaks and all seem to follow the Spears clan around, even for Jamie Lynn Spears.

The latest story is why and how pictures of a bare-breasted Jamie Lynn feeding baby Maddie Briann Spears have surfaced.  According to Star Magazine the photographer is Maddie's daddy, Casey Aldridge.  So how did the photos get from Casey's camera onto the radar screen of the authorities?

***

Casey dropped the digital snaps off at a local Wal-Mart, and an employee made copies of the proud dad's private pictures.  Now federal and local authorities - and the overworked Spears lawyers - are reportedly getting involved.  It's a breach of privacy, but the photo thief could also be facing jail time for violating anti-pornography laws.  Even though the shots of Jamie Lynn were supposed to be family fare, she is only 17 - and seminude pictures of minors cannot be bought or sold, or even marketed, across state lines.

Anyone attempting to do so can be sent to federal [pound me in the ass] prison.  From now on, Casey's shots will stay in the family photo album.  And he will likely be buying a printer.
