Josiah Leming wants his album out but he may be in trouble with the big guys at "American Idol," new reports claim. Josiah Leming is set to release his album soon but apparently a contract he signed with American Idol, forbids him to release his album. Whi wins here?

Speaking of Idol Grammy-nominated songwriter Kara DioGuardi, (pictured with Paula Abdul) the new judge on American Idol is st to spice things up on a show that needs it. L.A. media guru Michael Levine tells Star, "The ratings are down, and they need a little zing. I think they brought Kara on board because they need to spice the show up a bit."

According to Idol top brass, the eighth season of the hit should boast more "girl power," even though Paula revealed that she was "concerned" about the big change.
