Did Hayden Panettiere get the Lindsay Lohan treatment again? TMZ had a story back in April of 2007 with video that showed a confused fan mistake Hayden for Lindsay. The report said, "TMZ spotted Hayden leaving Hollywood hotspot L Scorpion last night with co-stars Milo Ventimiglia and Leonard Roberts, when a confused onlooker shouted out, "Give 'em hell Lindsay!"

Continuing, "When one of the paps reiterated the fan's mistake, a huffy Hayden yelled back, "Don't ever call me that again!" Somehow, the Lilo fan didn't hear Hayden clearly and called her Lindsay again! Before Hayden could fire up her vocal chords to respond a second time, a paparazzo screamed a string of choice obscenities to the confused Lilo fan.

Mike Walker of the Enquirer has a similar tale this week from right around Halloween. This time it is young female fans and they ask "Lindsay" (aka Hayden) if she will appear on "Ugly Betty" again. Oh the humanity - the question alone deserves merit.

According to Walker the witness claims Panettiere told the fan, "Don't EVER call me that again!...You have NO idea what an insult that is!" Sounds familiar - do they really look that much alike?
