Who are the best dressed women of Hollywood this week?  Life & Style counts down the 10 best dressed celebrities of the week! And the winners are a variety from Scarlett Johansson to Newly minted Bond girl Olga Kurylenko to Fergie.  (Fergie recently told reporters she had to pile on thirteen pounds for her role in musical movie 'Nine' but she still gets a nod for her assets and look in the weekly list.

Topping it off this week is Scarlett Johansson.  Scarlett flaunts her figure - Scarlett Johansson's best assets were on display in a silk Dolce & Gabbana stunner at the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson’s benefit on Nov. 5 in NYC. The clever cocktail dress boasts a cleavage enhancing fitted bodice, and its extra-forgiving skirt helps conceal hips. “I’m very small and very curvy,” admits the newlywed.

2. OLGA KURYLENKO

Olga is ready to claim the spotlight

Newly minted Bond girl Olga Kurylenko looked drop-dead gorgeous — and voluptuous — in a corseted fishtail Dolce & Gabbana gown at the Rome premiere of Quantum of Solace on Nov. 5.

3. KATY PERRY

Katy shows her softer side

“Fashion is the subject I know best,” exclaims singer Katy Perry, who looked unexpectedly romantic in a floral-print Basso & Brooke mini while promoting her MTV Europe Music Awards hosting gig on Nov. 5.

4. MISCHA BARTON

Mischa is a Grecian goddess

A draped and bejeweled Dsquared2 gown skimmed Mischa Barton’s curves for a flattering fit on Nov. 6 in LA. “I don’t dress for anybody else,” she says. “I do my own thing.” The super long hem was dramatic, but tailoring it just a tad would’ve made the actress look even more put together.

5. HEIDI KLUM

Heidi’s go-to denims

It’s no surprise Heidi Klum’s jeans fit the supermodel so well on Nov. 4 in LA — they’re from her Heidi Klum by Jordache line! “You have to be confident and love what you wear,” she tells Life & Style. Buy denim long to wear with heels like Heidi’s Armani pair — you can always cuff them later for flats.

6. NICOLE RICHIE

Nicole raises the style bar

“I’m really open to new looks,” reveals Nicole Richie, who went bohemian biker in a Dsquared2 dress and Alexander Wang jacket at a fete in LA on Nov. 6. A cropped leather jacket like Nic’s is a great investment piece — it looks fab with a dress or jeans!

7. LEIGHTON MEESTER

Leighton passes her fashion test

Since becoming a Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester’s gotten a crash course in cool clothes. “It’s more of a recent thing that I’ve started to love fashion,” admits the actress, here in a flirty ruffled frock and edgy gladiator sandals on Nov. 6.

8. FERGIE

Fergie’s look is starworthy

Fergie politicked — and flaunted toned legs — in Karen Zambos’ Vote dress on Nov. 5 in LA. Pairing a sky-high mini with leggings, not tights, makes the daring style more wearable.

9. CHLOË SEVIGNY

Chloë is pretty in pastel

Mint green was a refreshing choice for Chloë Sevigny, here in head-to-toe Balenciaga at the ACE Awards on Nov. 3. “I love him,” she gushes about the label’s designer, Nicolas Ghesquière.

10. GWYNETH PALTROW

Gwyneth is one haute mama

From gunmetal to heather, gray is all the rage this season! Gwyneth Paltrow proved it on Nov. 6 at a fund-raiser in London, where the star oozed sleek sophistication in a structured Giles Deacon sheath. Knee-high boots further winterized her look.
