The main reason Britney Spears having such a hard time focusing on her comeback, says a Spears family insider, is that she'd rather be home taking care of her two sons, Sean, 3, and Jayden, 2 a report from Life & Style Weekly reports this week. "At heart, all she really wants to be is a mom," the insider explains.

"She'd love nothing more than to get her boys back and disappear from the spotlight. But before that can happen, she knows she needs to climb her way back to the top. The insider spills to the magazine, "Over and over, Britney's being told that everything - including regaining custody - is riding on her ability to make money again."

The gist of the item from the magazine is that it appears Britney is really growing up and realizes that she wants to spend lots and lots of time with her two precious little children. Placing he kids above all else is a good sign but the source claims it is giving the singer pause and she is struggling.

The friend claims that behind the smilies - Britney, who burst into tears after an Oct. 21 rehearsal, "is trying to do all the right things," says an insider, "but her heart doesn't seem to be in this comeback."
