Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi is getting hotter each season and she and Jessica Alba and several other gorgeous ladies were out at the 5th Annual, "Keep A Child Alive" Black Ball in New York City this week. Singer Alicia keys was there as well and said she can be quite persuasive when it comes to helping folks find their wallets to donate. One would think that she would be.

INO has this, "Jessica Alba arrived in a Grey halter gown with feather accents and her new bangs while Padma Lakshmi choose to keep things classic with a white Grecian style dress and gorgeous gold /orange necklace. Last, but not least we have Alicia Keys who rocked a metallic snake skin jacket and super curl hair (LOVE this hair style on her!)."

No kidding. The photos are here and all of the ladies look fantastic and it certainly is a worthwhile cause that all should embrace. The annual Black Ball benefits the AIDS organization Keep a Child Alive.

At the event Keys spoke to USA Today and told them she was optimistic about the country's direction. "It's a difficult time for all of us, but due to our recent election, it's a hopeful time."
