Is it time for Kelly Osbourne to get serious? The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne is reportedly engaged to her young boyfriend Luke Worrall. Back in the states Mary Delgado has been arrested again. Her last run in with the police was when Delgado allegedly punched her fiancé, Byron Velvick. The two met on the ABC series "The Bachelor."

According to Dallas News she refused to leave a bar and the authorities were called to try and get the situation under control. The best way to do that must have been an arrest as cops hauled the former NFL cheerleader of to jail and charged her with several crimes.

According to the report, Delgado was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. Police have released her and according to AOL's entertainment and celebrity website TMZ.Com it was her "Bachelor' that posted the bail.

Back to Kelly, she might be engaged. She has already been dubbed a Young Cougar and reports are claiming that she is engaged to her boyfriend Luke. The age difference isn't really much, she is 23 and he is 18 years old. No official confirmation yet from camp Kelly.
