All eyes are on new mom Nicole Kidman. Just four months after giving birth to daughter Sunday Rose, the wife of Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman flaunted her flat tummy and pregnancy- enhanced cleavage in a curve-hugging L’Wren Scott gown at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in NYC on Nov. 10. “Nicole always knows what works on her body,” says the designer, who’s also the actress’ longtime stylist. Kim Kardashian and Alicia Keys get nods.

Checking in at number two Nicole Richie. Life & Style reports, "Nicole rocks the best mini Don’t let falling temperatures discourage you from showing off your gams in minis! Heidi’s extra-long Chanel pearls, worn at the Autism Speaks Acts of Love benefit on Nov. 10 in LA, lengthen her torso, too.
Number four is heroes hottie Ali Later. With an eye one fashion the report notes, "Ali’s dress doesn’t need add-ons. When wearing a gown, I prefer to keep jewelry simple,” explains Ali Larter, who went bare — except for her stunning engagement ring from actor Hayes MacArthur — in an elaborate Emanuel Ungaro at the Hollywood Domino Tournament on Nov. 9.
