Earlier this month Tony Romo enjoyed a sexy going away gift from Jessica Simpson on his laptop as he waited for a plane at the airport in Los Angeles reports Star Magazine. "He was looking at a photo slideshow (on his computer) that he said his girlfriend had made for him as a surprise to keep him company on his flight back to Dallas," says a source.

And it might be getting serious. Jessica Simpson recently spent $11,000 on five Louis Vuitton diaper bags, one each for expectant sister Ashlee and her hubby, Pete Wentz, one for grandma, Tina Simpson, and one each for herself and boyfriend Tony Romo, a report from Star Magazine claims this week. "She's going to need one, and so will Tony," an insider tells Star. "They're really serious now about getting married and starting a family. Jess is moving full speed ahead with planning their future together."

The magazine reports that what had long appeared to be an on-again, off-again relationship is now as solid as a rock, as Jess and Tony, the star quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, celebrate their one year anniversary. "Now that Jessica has reestablished her singing career, she's turned her attention to her private life with Tony, and she's totally ready to settle down with him," says the insider.
The report notes that even as sister Ashlee just had her baby, whispers that Jess may already be pregnant are rife, fueled by her new habit of hiding behind baggy clothing and oversized bags. "She definitely wants a wedding and a baby in 2009," says the insider, and a family friend adds: "I've even heard talk about a spring ceremony!
