CBS Market watch has a report this week that detailed a medical study from more than14,000 physicians and the conclusion shocked some that spend a lot of money on vitamins. Many believe that vitamins are a cure all and help protect against lousy eating and exercise habits. Consult you doctor; find out how much you should be eating, what particular vitamins you should be taking and exercise. Don't spend your money on anything without doing the research.
