Dancing with the Stars Sex Scandals: Julianne Hough Brother, Shannon Make List

As Dancing with the Stars winds down sexy Julianne Hough won't make the finals this season as she and her partner Cody Linley were eliminated last wek. And the rising country star is done with the show as Julianne Hough won't return next season, reports CNN. She also won't be mentioned in the many sex scandals from the reality TV show, but brother Derek and Shannon Elizabeth have made a list from OK! Magazine.

OK has this little scario as number one. "Maksim Chmerkovskiy held hands with fellow DWTS pro Cheryl Burke as he walked into Christina Milian's birthday bash at One Sunset in L.A. on Sept 29. But once inside the hip sushi joint, he only had eyes - and lips - for costar Karina Smirnoff. According to onlookers, the two not so private dancer engaged in a steamy public make out session," the magazine reports.

Sabrina Bryan and Mark Ballas get the number two nod. Their torrid dances in season five soon turned into a relationship. "Mark and I were able to get so close so quickly," Sabrina said. "I absolutely love and adore him." The pair drifted after she shot The Cheetah Girls" One World in India, while Mark, 22, went on to win last season with Kristi Yamaguchi, 37, and compete this year with Kim Kardashian, 27. Lately, Sabrina, 24, has said she and Mark are simply "good friends."
Checking at number three is Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough. The mag notes, "Derek and season six partner Shannon became more than costars. They were caught kissing on a Malibu beach and surprised fans with their age difference. Shannon, 35, is 12 years older that Derek. Insiders thought the couple created a "showmance" to get votes, but Derek, who is partnered with Brooke Burke, 37, this season, confirmed to OK! that they are still going strong, saying, "It's love."

Number four is Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff. The maga notes that after guiding him to a second place finish, Karina hooked up with season three partner Mario, 35.
Number five wasn't even an affair, but the reports made it a scandal. After winning season two, dance pro Cheryl Burke and partner Drew Lachey had to fight back against a tabloid report claiming her had cheated on his wife with Cheryl - a charge both denied.
