Jennifer Aniston Diet and Excercise Keeps Star Looking Great
How does she do it? It's hard to believe hot bodied Jennifer Aniston will turn 40 on Feb. 11, she can't fathom it herself: "I still can't wrap my head around how old I'm going to be," she admits in the January issue of GQ magazine.

Life & Style reports that perhaps it's a case of mind over matter for the 5'5" Marley & Me star, who has whittled her already svelte body into tip-top condition. "She's eating very healthy, mostly following the principles of the Zone Diet that helped her so much in her Friends days," says an insider, according to the celebrity magazine report. Jen's low-carb, balanced menu is heavy on salads, lean chicken and the occasional glass or two of red wine.
Her Diet Rules: Sure, Jen still loves her Mexican faves, but "she won't have a taco or burrito unless she's on vacation," says a second insider, " and even then she rarely eats the whole shell." But it's not just a strict diet (or dating 31 year old John Mayer) that's keeping her young, according to the weekly entertainment magazine. The second insider says regular workouts and plenty of sleep play a part in Jen's ability to "look fresh and sexy."
